Producer - Digital Coordinator
Blue Fish Productions - Melbourne Area, Australia
Job Description
Blue Fish seek an experienced producer who will work across both stills (photo production) and aid our further transition into TVC, corporate video and web/digital time based media.
This is a full time role suited to someone who can really help build a small but highly successful creative business. Must be savvy with digital workflows,
Job is Melbourne based with remuneration negotiated based on experience and skills. We are happy to consider an junior/intermediate but they MUST be experienced and convince us they are ready for greater responsibilities, though to a senior level appointment.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have significant industry experience and an eager capacity to help with marketing the business to an expanding client base both locally and overseas. Japanese language skills would be a bonus.
Experience with coordinating production for both photoshop based stills workflows and also Final Cut based video editing & post production.
Experience in production of visual materials by CGI would be an added benefit. Blue Fish work is spread across many industries but automotive and architectural experience would be very relevant.

GRAPHIC ANIMATION COMPETITION – WIN $20,000
GRAPHIC ANIMATION COMPETITION – WIN $20,000
Sydney Opera House in partnership with Screen NSW invites the worldwide animation community to take part in GRAPHIC: an online animation competition- designed to celebrate the innovation, creativity and imagination behind the art form.
Illustrators, animators and storytellers of all levels – from established to up-and-coming and newcomers – are encouraged to enter to have their animation seen by an expert panel of judges. The winning entry will score $20,000, an Adobe CS5 Master Collection (valued at $4,333) and have their film screened at a major GRAPHIC Festival event at Sydney Opera House.
Participants will be required to create 3 X 20 second animatics that come together to form a 3-part series. All styles of animation will be accepted and could be anything from a story board comic to stop motion to 3D.
Round 1 entries close 26 June.
