Essential Skills
- HTML/ CSS
- Javascript
- Flash Actionscript 2.0 + 3.0
- Adobe Creative Suite 3+
Knowledge Base
- Code [Standards Compliant/ SEO Friendly]
- Knowledge of browser quirks and how to address them
- Sound knowledge of web development processes and methodologies
Benefical Skills [but not necessary]
- Experience with JQuery or MooTools
- PHP/ MySQL
- AJAX
- XML
- ASP/ .NET
- Basic video knowledge [shooting + editing]
- Basic print knowledge
Personal Attributes
- Creatively focussed [ie can extend on a pre-developed concept when applying the website content]
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised
- Self motivated
- Reliable
Experience
- 3 years minimum experience working as a Front End Developer
